Using Stagil Table for Jira Data Center on prem.
How do you search for a field that has no date in it?
Mitigation = "ACD{}" brings back any ticket with any Mitigation row that has or doesn't have an ACD filled .
I have tickets that have 5 Mitigation rows and some have ALL of the ACDs filled in and some have a few ACDs filled in. I would not expect to get the tickets where ALL of the ACDs are filled in, but I am - confusing?
Hello Jon,
I'm contacting you from STAGIL Support team! I’d like to confirm that the JQL result in the Global Issue Navigator returns issues, not individual table rows. When running the following JQL: Mitigation = "ACD{}",
it should return a list of issues where the Mitigation table field contains at least one row with an empty ACD column.
If you're seeing issues returned where all ACD column values are filled, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate further.
Regards,
Marta
