Unable to setup "rw" synchronization between my calendar from Outlook 2016 using CalDav Synchronizer

hi all,

I'm unable to setup "rw" synchronization between my calendar from Outlook 2016 using CalDav Synchronizer, the CalDav shows that the Confluence calendar is "r" - read only.

based on Team Calendars FAQ I've doublechecked the license, is the right one and valid.

Windows Server 2012 R2 (no GUI) running on ESXi 6.5.0 U3

Confluence: 7.8.1

Calendars: 6.1.2

PostgreSQL: 10.14

any advice?
