That’s a great question! I see AI tools like GPT-Chat, Notebook, Gemini, or Atlassian’s Rovo as helpers that make work easier and faster. Still, when it comes to driving sales and product adoption, the basics matter most: inbound marketing, smart customer segmentation, expert content, clear value communication, and personalized messaging. For example, HubSpot can collect customer data and help create user personas, but people are still needed to understand why users act the way they do. That human context is what makes strategies work.

In our team, we’ve also tried AI inside the Atlassian ecosystem. Our product, No-code apps creator, lets Jira users build apps and dashboards from a simple prompt. It’s not a recommendation engine, but it shows how natural language can reduce complexity and boost adoption.

But I still believe the heart of sales is always the real value delivered to the customer. AI is just a tool that helps support this.
