Xray text appears but the icons do not

Hello everyone,

I am new to Xray and still learning the tool.

I have integrated Xray in Jira environment, but the experience has not been completely seamless so far. Like shown in the image, there are some icons pertaining to testing related issues. This gives me a hint that something is not properly installed/configured in the environment. Has anyone else the same issue? Is it a common observation? How to solve this? I am trying to perform coverage analysis but it seems this is causing some problems behind the scene.

you may be using Team Managed projects. 

Please follow these "quick setup" instructions.

There you have the icons so you can associate them with the corresponding issue types.

Note: that's not a bad sign; it's just those icons that are missing.
