From the screenshot it looks like you are on Cloud?

According to the statuspage of Tempo there does not seem to be any general issues (https://status.tempo.io/)

Might be best to reach out to Tempo directly at https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/user/login?destination=portal%2F6
