▍還是得先科普一下

• Atlassian: 產品經理及小夥伴 (包括但不限於工程師及設計師) 常用工具，的軟體開發公司。常見用途像是在 Confluence 寫文件、Jira 開規格、Trello 管專案。
• Jira: 產品經理又愛又恨的開票工具 (x) 其實光 Jira 就好幾種工具 (Jira Software / Jira Service Management / Jira Work Management 等)，每家公司對 Jira 的設定也不同，遇到各種問題合理！合理！
• Atlassian Community: Atlassian 有線上社群，讓使用者可以發問 / 討論 / 分享產品相關內容。社群裡有 Atlassian 員工、Community Leaders、開發者、其他合作夥伴 (比如第 3 方套件公司) 會解答使用者問題。
• Community Leaders: (免費) 幫 Atlassian 做事的人。可能是回答社群裡的問題，或是辦活動 (找講者) 分享 Atlassian 產品使用經驗。

▍遇到 Jira 問題怎麼辦

• 估狗，通常前幾結果會是 Atlassian Community 相關內容
• 直接在 Atlassian Community 發問。想用中文也有中文社群
• 查官方文件、已知問題、status page

• 如果是開發者，也可以查 / 問 Developer Community
• 找不到答案就大膽開單給 Atlassian
• 加入 Community Leaders 和其他同路人互動！

▍為什麼要申請加入 Community Leaders

當然每個人有不同原因。我主要是想更有效率地使用 Jira 等工具 (透過回答社群問題學習)，和 Atlassian 員工 / 其他 Community Leaders 互動，並累積對職涯 (可能) 有加分的經驗。免費認證考試或贈品就當做志工送的。官方的加入誘因可以參考下圖。

▍我的申請過程回顧

1. (Apr 2023) 送出 Atlassian Community Leader Application
2. (Apr 2023) 收到 Community Manager 來信，要我的 Atlassian 使用經驗
3. (Apr 2023) 寫小作文回信
4. (May 2023) 和 Community Manager 線上聊天，確認要 (線上解答問題) 或 (舉辦講座活動)。我選解答 10 題 Atlassian Community 問題
5. (Jul 2023) 完成挑戰，提交 profile 給 Community Manager 審核
6. (Aug 2023) 終於！收到 Welcome to the Atlassian Community Leaders program❗️

▍看到這才有的彩蛋

• Atlassian 使用經驗小作文要回答用了幾年和使用情境，我是這樣寫的：

I’ve been actively using Atlassian tools for the past three years, with a focus on Jira and Confluence (both Cloud and Data Center/Server) (and a bit of Bitbucket). During that time, I’ve successfully implemented and managed these tools to streamline team collaboration, project management, and version control processes.

Some use cases:

* Improved team collaboration: Implemented Jira and Confluence as a central hub for team communication and documentation, reducing email communication by 30%.
