我尝试使用Jira Service Management的free版本先做一些功能的测试。其中有一项需求如下： 当用户填写需求时，希望能通过后台设置的API接口，根据email地址获取对应的公司信息。

于是，我想到使用Elements Connect插件来实现，配置界面如图一和图二。 但是当运用到表单时，不能关联出对应的公司信息，会出现报错，报错如图三。请问下是哪里的问题呢，希望能获得解答，谢谢！

看上去是 Elements Connect 的问题吧。浏览器devtool的network tab截个图呢，看看具体是哪些请求挂了，状态码是多少
