Hi! Today, we were split into two rooms, and in mine, we reviewed the features of Atlassian Intelligence integrated with JSM through the creation of an AI virtual service agent.

As an Atlassian Solutions Partner, Rovo is helping my teams at RenWare when we go into new client sites save time because we can use it to obtain key information about the client's current environment and usage patterns. Before Rovo, this would take us a few hours to a few days depending on the size of the instances they had for Jira and Confluence. We are currently building out bots in our own environments to build a collection of them that we can use for each client engagement.
It was a great session that gave a good overview of the potential of Atlassian's AI. I like to use it to improve my writing and to summarize Confluence pages.

The Community has previously shared the use cases I too learned so I'm going to nerd out on the stellar instructional design a bit:
The Train the Trainer facilitation delivered by @Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ revealed the full extent for me regarding use cases. The collaborative activity in the webinar put AI + Rovo documentation into motion for me, so I could go past theorizing and experience how they'd benefit team associate and team leads in my field. The Play and Ways of Working supplements furthered my learning security and confidence in being able to pass this training, and thusly the products, along to other trainers of any background--not just other tech-savvies or facilitators.
Two improvements I would like:
1) the Rovo use cases really drove the benefits of Rovo home to me, thus this webinar needs to be a full hour, not 1/2 hr,. and
2) on top of the existing interactive activity, the breakout groups should have to tackle a realistic problem in collaboration. I rarely work solutions for a team solo even as a solo IC-consultant.
I also know SMB brass who would ignore Rovo b/c team collaboration, believing it would produce the same benefits as a team collaboration. Showcasing how AI + Rovo could mitigate financial burden and worker stress in the more realistic team nature of solving problems would be a major driving point to purchase, adoption, and continued implementation of these products for me.
