Very informative workshop. I think Rovo will be a big help in structuring and finding information in Confluence. Many studies show that people spend a good part of their workday looking for the right information.
The drawback with AI is that it is now even easier to create a lot of information of low value, so as always with new technology you need to use it with intent.
With Rovo in JSM, I'm looking to setup an agent that can help my users find our KB articles more easily and provide better guidance potentially on what ticket is the right ticket to submit if the KB article doesn't resolve their issue on their own. Thanks!
