The summarise a Confluence page feature is such a time saving feature! It makes it so much easier to stay up to date with company news and knowledge sharing. Keeping yourself informed is so important, but you don't always have the time to read everything in depth. Being able to quickly scan the summary is perfect for this.
Appreciate these classes. Even if you're "in the know", there's always something that can be learned by attending (or, like in my case, watching the recording after the fact). TIL: You can ask the AI to perform numerical calculations. Seems like something I should've realized, but I never even thought to ask for calculations to be performed. I could see this being very useful.
Hi! Great value on this video, I think all Jira/Confluence automations are super interesting and definitely made to make our lives easier, also i do believe it's important to know how to properly "prompt" to make the best out of the experience. Excited to learn more in the future.

Before watching this video I was most excited about the summarize feature. I was wholly unaware of the define feature - this could be a game changer for my organization - so many acronyms and abbreviated names for systems. Using the define feature when onboarding new users will make life so much easier. It may even help us older seasoned users who have forgotten a thing or two. 😉

I just watched the recording of the “All About AI” session and walked away with several key takeaways:
Rovo AI fundamentals: I loved learning how it leverages language models to automate workflows within Jira and Confluence.
Practical use cases: I can already see the potential for Rovo AI to generate meeting summaries and auto-suggest labels for tickets, saving our team valuable time.
Ethics and bias: The segment on mitigating bias in AI outputs really struck me—tracking metrics and adding human review is essential.
As a personal use case, I’m excited to try integrating Rovo AI into my documentation review process so it can suggest style and consistency improvements in my articles.
Thanks for the great content! I look forward to diving into the Atlassian Learning courses and the demo toolkit.
Agree with a lot of others - summarising comments ftw! We have a huge amount of comments on most of our tickets so being able to summarise quickly will save a lot of time.
@John D Patton — Love how you framed it! Automating summaries really does open up more space for strategic conversations with our team @Verity Blake -Adaptavist- — Couldn’t agree more—page summarization is such a time-saver for staying informed without information overload @Gary Spross — Great catch on calculations! It’s often the “small but mighty” features that surprise us with impact. Pair complex calculations with tools like Atlassian Analytic for better results, but the small, everyday LLMs can knock those out. @pawarsachin84 — Appreciate the detailed breakdown! That’s a fantastic list of features—glad the examples landed well. @Tushar Dhumal — Excited you found value both as an end user and administrator—that dual view is so important. @Nancy Bennett — Yes! Agents + pricing transparency really help connect the dots on adoption @Martin Bayer [MoroSystems, s.r.o.] — Love that you called out the inspiration piece—use case sharing is where the magic happens. @Catalina Madrigal Gorbitz — Spot on! Prompting really does unlock the best results—looking forward to seeing what you explore next. @Dave Mathijs — The Teamwork Graph is such a powerful foundation—you’re right, it takes AI from “features” to real connected intelligence. @Oleksii Melnyk — Translation + text improvement is one of those everyday wins—so glad it’s useful for you! @Gabriel Barbosa — Absolutely—the more context we give AI, the more value we get back. @Ben Dollinger — Yes! Automation powered by AI is where so much exciting change is happening. @Krista Williamson — The define feature really is a hidden gem—especially in acronym-heavy orgs. Great callout! @Amrik Birdi — Thanks for watching the recording! Totally agree—AI + Atlassian tools are shaping a new harmony at work. @Anwesha Pan (TCS) — Summarization + Improve are game-changers—glad they resonated with you! @Mia Tamm - Simple Table for Confluence — Love the depth of your reflections—bias + ethics alongside workflow wins is exactly the balance we need. Excited for you to try it in your writing process! @James O_Connor — Yes! Comment summarization is a lifesaver in busy Jira tickets—huge time saver. @Emily — Sharing agents was such a fun part of the discussion—glad you enjoyed that!
Appreciate you all being part of this AI adoption journey—it’s your reflections that keep these sessions so rich!
