🌱 Team ‘25 Europe: a behind-the-scenes look at the launch of a new Rovo Guide

Welcome back to our series! We're so glad you're here. In today's post, Head of Customer Education, Marshall Walker Lee, shares his experience of the Rovo Adoption Guide launch from Team '25 Europe, where Rovo is the star of the show.

Today, at Team ‘25 Europe, the Community & Learning Team launched a project very close to our hearts: The Rovo Adoption Guide.

We built the Guide as a single source of truth for admins and champions seeking structured guidance to help them navigate three critical phases of adoption: inspiration, implementation, and supporting end users as they embrace Rovo.

Marshall described lots of excitement and energy on the expo floor and in the keynote room for this year's event. “After last year's inaugural Team Europe event, it feels like the conference is coming into its own,” he said. “We have over 200 customer champions in Barcelona earning certifications, delivering breakout sessions, connecting with other users during Brain Dates, and listening to all of the exciting announcements from Mike Cannon-Brookes and the Atlassian team.”

“Customers at Team '25 Europe are clearly very excited about the latest and greatest Rovo features, including Rovo Dev,” Marshall explained, “but they're looking for structured support and guidance to help their admins and internal champions effectively roll out Rovo to technical and non-technical teams.”

Customers Marshall spoke to said they were confident that Atlassian has the resources they need to support their teams, but they don't know where to find them—and when they do find a resource, they struggle to place it in context.

“That's precisely why we've created the Rovo Adoption Guide,” Marshall said, adding that customers have told him the guide is exactly what they've been hoping Atlassian would provide. “Customers want a single, centralized solution that their teams can bookmark, return to, and share. Many have said to me that they need similar solutions for Jira and Confluence,” to which we’ll add, stay tuned!

“As always,” Marshall said, “it's incredibly fun to meet with such a diverse mix of customers, from small organizations just starting their journey with Atlassian to global enterprises upgrading to Cloud.”

We hope you’ll check out the Rovo Adoption Guide, share it with your team, and return to it again and again. The Atlassian Learning team is excited to demonstrate the art of the possible and help teams get started with Rovo ASAP.

Once you’ve had a look, tell us: what resources from the Rovo Adoption Guide do you think will be most useful to you, and did you discover anything surprising? Have you been supporting teams as they learn Rovo, and how has it been going? Tell us in the comments!
