While there have been a few questions regarding the AI platform's privacy, I want to be more specific in the questions we are needing answered.
The privacy policies on the product are relatively vague, and we need clear documentation around how our Private IP data is processed and managed.
We won't be able to test the service until we have written documentation that the data doesn't leave our environment, and that OpenAI/Atlassian do not use the data to train models and allows other companies to "benefit" from how our data is processed.
I realize that other companies won't be able to read our data, but what happens if we have documentation in confluence that then is used to generate content for another company?
I am hoping there is something beyond "aligns with our standards" that is currently being provided here.
The data you submit and the responses you receive are used only to serve your experience. They are not used to train models across customers or shared between customers. See https://www.atlassian.com/trust/atlassian-intelligence
I appreciate the response, I did locate that after this question. But my company still wants to see this in a formalized "Terms and Conditions" so to speak. Anything of that nature that legally binds you all to this statement?
