Does Rovo currently support JPD's custom fields?
On the Rovo pricing page, it states that they are already available for JPD. However, when I tried asking some questions related to our real-world JPD projects, it couldn’t even recognize the custom fields. For example:

However, the Rovo Agent and Rovo Chat still need to support JPD custom fields for end-users, we just cannot build 30+ automation rules for our end-users to just retrieve fields LoL.
Well, possibly, I think you could setup an automation rule which sets all custom field data to a dummy description field which Rovo would be able to read

Thank you for the solution. I just want to let you know that it works for now, and it was very helpful.
However, if we put all the necessary information into the Description, we lose access control over the data. Anyone who can open the item will be able to see the plain text in the Description, which isn't ideal. Therefore, we still need JPD's official connection to Rovo AI.
That said, your solution is really good in the meantime. Thank you again.
