As I understood from Confluence Beta API, the data in databases are not accessible via API.

 

Is this data accessible via Data Lake?

Confluence database data is not in Atlassian Data Lake yet, but the work to make this available is in progress. You can follow this ticket for updates: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ANALYTICS-137.
