Red Robin is a popular restaurant chain known for its gourmet burgers, family-friendly atmosphere, and customizable menu options. As a business analyst working with customer experience data, I’m exploring how Atlassian Analytics can help improve decision-making and enhance service quality by leveraging data effectively.

I want to analyze a wide variety of customer feedback sources, including online reviews, survey responses, in-app ratings, and even social media mentions. The goal is to identify trends in customer preferences—such as favorite menu items, frequently mentioned complaints (like slow service or cold food), and positive highlights (like friendly staff or great atmosphere).

Some of the key questions I’m trying to answer using Atlassian Analytics include:

  • What are the most frequently mentioned pros and cons in customer reviews?

  • How can I visualize sentiment trends over time?

  • Is there a way to link feedback data to specific branches or regions?

  • Can I build dashboards that auto-update as new feedback comes in?

Additionally, I'm interested in integrating Atlassian Analytics with other tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or a CRM system) to create a comprehensive view of customer insights.

If anyone has experience using Atlassian Analytics in the food or hospitality industry—or even general use cases involving customer sentiment—I’d love to hear your strategies, recommended visualizations, or any templates that helped you get started.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Red Robin is continuously expanding its menu to cater to evolving customer tastes. One exciting addition that caught my attention is their pizza menu, which brings a creative twist to the brand's traditional offerings. For anyone curious about the full range of flavors, toppings, and pricing, you can check out the Red Robin Pizza for more details.

I'm exploring how tools like Atlassian Analytics can help identify customer interest and feedback around these new items. Using data insights, we can track which pizza options are most popular, monitor regional preferences, and respond to customer sentiment faster than ever.

Hi @mudavid! If you can import the customer feedback data into one of our supported third-party data sources, you'll be able to connect that data source in Atlassian Analytics and begin creating charts with the feedback data. Additionally, within Atlassian Analytics you can create an Atlassian Data Lake connection, which is a database with Atlassian product data that can help you learn how your organization uses Atlassian products.

The chart and dashboard templates currently available in Atlassian Analytics use the Atlassian Data Lake and display Atlassian product data. But, here are some resources that can help you learn how to use Atlassian Analytics to create your customer sentiment charts: Atlassian Analytics documentation, Knowledge base articles, and our YouTube demo videos
