Public Dashboard Viewing

Is there a way to make a dashboard publicly accessible to be embedded on another webpage to be viewed by non atlas users? Have dynamic filters set up so they can see Issues related to them or the company they are associated with?

Typically I have used an add-on to do this. You can use any logged user but I believe they still need a license to view data. 

I know custom charts for Jira made by old street solutions is about to release this feature soon by end of year. 

Also you can use some dashboarding in Confluence. You can leave a page or space public or use guests.
