We use a custom field that is automated based on ticket priority and SLA tiers. That's called "Development Complete"
I want to show a dashboard to show "What are the days past due based on priority report?" for priorty 1, 2, and 3 tickets.
Hello @Afrothiti Manolis,
I am Marlene, product manager of Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.
Do you want to sum up the days counted in the "Development Complete" field? If yes, maybe our app works for you.
Our app comes with a set of dashboard gadgets that are able to sum up any Jira number field. You can try out our app for free, so you could check if your custom field is calculated in a way you need before you pay for our app.
You can check out Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards without installation on our demo dashboards.
Nauris from eazyBI here.
You can select the "Development Complete" field to be imported as a dimension in eazyBI and then update our sample report to split the Overdue issues by these priorities.
Here's a screenshot of the sample report and the modified one:
eazyBI for Jira is a reporting app that you can find in Atlassian Marketplace or in Jira Apps -> Explore more apps section.
Let me know if you need help setting this up!
Best regards,
Nauris / eazyBI support

Sorry, your question is a bit unclear to me.
Is "Development Complete" a date field? And what does it represent, more exactly?
Could you please provide an example/sketch of how this should look like on your dashboard?
