Which chart can I use to see amount of days past due for a date field?

We use a custom field that is automated based on ticket priority and SLA tiers. That's called "Development Complete"

 

I want to show a dashboard to show "What are the days past due based on priority report?" for priorty 1, 2, and 3 tickets.

Nauris from eazyBI here.

You can select the "Development Complete" field to be imported as a dimension in eazyBI and then update our sample report to split the Overdue issues by these priorities.

Here's a screenshot of the sample report and the modified one:

eazyBI for Jira is a reporting app that you can find in Atlassian Marketplace or in Jira Apps -> Explore more apps section.

Sorry, your question is a bit unclear to me. 

Is "Development Complete" a date field? And what does it represent, more exactly?

Could you please provide an example/sketch of how this should look like on your dashboard?

Hi! Thanks for your reply.

  • Development Complete is a date field, only used on customer reprted bugs.
  • Based on priority, it has an automation that abides by our SLAs. So a Priority one has an automation for that field to automate development complete in 7 business days since it was created.
  • I want a report to say “today for priority 1 bugs, there are 7 tickets still not resolved from the development complete date”
