Hi, I am also not an expert because I try to administer jira for about one year but I wan to learn more and more and will periodicaly read the comunity and try answer what I already know and also I will try ask more and more :-).

Ok. I forget to say. We use in our company Jira Server and Xray and script runner and more addons and also create a lot of our customization. We also created our dashboard items.
