Welcome to the alpha program for the new Atlassian Home dashboards experience! We're excited for you to try out our newest data experience and are eager for your feedback. 🎉

📊 We’re adding new dashboards to help you quickly get answers to essential questions about how work is being completed across your team.

These dashboards will allow you to:

• Better understand how work is being completed across your Jira projects

• Dig into key data like story points and lead time

• Build charts and dashboards with data from across the Atlassian suite (Jira software projects today, additional products in the future)

• Identify areas of opportunity and improvement for your team

How to get started

The alpha program commences the week of June 17th! If you're in this group, you’ve probably already talked to us and have access to the new feature. As a reminder, to get started:

1. Open Atlassian Home.

2. Navigate to Dashboards.

3. Select Create dashboard. You’ll be taken to a blank dashboard where you can start to add charts.

You’ll be able to return to your dashboard to make changes at any time and share your dashboard with your colleagues.

What to expect

• Our alpha program will start in June 2024 and run for about 12 weeks. We’d love to hear your thoughts at any time during this period, not just at the end.

• The feature is still under construction, and we will keep iterating quickly. Because of this, you may experience breaking changes to your charts and dashboards.

• The new feature can be accessed by anyone in your organization who has access to Atlassian Home.

• We’ll use this private Community group to communicate with you and other participants in the alpha program during the EAP. We encourage you to share your feedback and questions here.

• There will be an introductory Zoom call, a halfway checkpoint, and a final video call to get your live feedback.

• You can exit the program at any time.

Sharing feedback and ideas

Getting your feedback at this stage in the development process is vital, as it will shape how charts and dashboards are created in the years to come. Feel free to post directly in this Community group. Our product, design, and support team members are available for any questions, ideas, or feedback you have during the alpha program.

We’ll send out surveys during the alpha program if you prefer to answer a few short questions. We may contact you to schedule individual feedback sessions to get a deeper understanding of your experience using the dashboards and to hear your thoughts on how we can make it even better.
