At the moment, even in the "enhanced" version, the scoring of a goal and it's status are coupled. 0.0 - 0.3 result in "off-track", 0.4 - 0.7 result in "at risk" and the rest is on-track.
Is it planned to decouple those two in the near feature? E.g. making it possible to combine 0.9 with "off-track" or 0.2 with "on track".
(This would be really important actually to properly use it for OKRs. A key result is a clearly measurable metric and in many cases, status and progress are decoupled. A key result (=goal) could be 0.0 but still on-track or 0.8 but off-track, especially if it is a commited goal where 100% is your aim.)
