I recently received a notification that our organization, dd-projects, has been deleted due to inactivity. We would like to request a restoration of this organization, as we intend to resume its use.

Reason for Request: We were not aware that the organization would be automatically deleted due to inactivity. We now plan to actively use it and would appreciate the opportunity to recover it.

I see that the org ID mentioned dosen't show any results from our end, However I went ahead and checked for the sites associated with your account and noticed the site dd-projects.atlassian.net was associated with your account.
Upon checking the details i see that the site is currently in deleted status and was deactivated on 18 Aug 2020.
As per our data storage FAQ, https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/ for free site's we retain data for 15 days post deactivation and since its a few years already now, unfortunately it is not possible to recover the data as it is permanently deleted.
