Unable to add Projects to Goals

Working with Goals in Atlassian Home (assuming this is right even though it links to Jira) and I've created a couple of Goals but I cannot add any Projects to the Goals.  When I click add project and search, it won't yield any results.  I am able to add individual work items to the Jira tab so I know it can see the project.  What am I missing?

Hi @Derek Gillespie and welcome to the Community!

I am carefully guessing that you are confusing Jira projects with projects in the Home experience.

To create projects that you can then link to goals, Navigate to Home > Projects and create at least one project there. You will then see these are the ones you can link to goals:

Think of them as a catalog with project one-pagers where you can also provide a weekly status update on how the project is going, track risks, learnings and decisions. Jira is where your actual work is being tracked.
