I'm having trouble inviting a specific colleague to our organization โ Atlassian says her account is deactivated.
She previously used Trello with this account, linked to her company email address, before we verified our domain.
After verifying the domain, I was able to successfully invite other colleagues who had also used Atlassian in the past with their company email addresses โ but this one invitation keeps failing.
Since I can't see her account under "Managed Accounts", Iโm unable to re-activate it myself.
Any ideas on how I can proceed?
