@Reni Carlson thanks for sharing this news hot off the presses!

I'm excited that Rovo will now be included in our Premium subscriptions for Confluence and Jira. The price point was what was keeping us from utilizing it before. It will help us in our AI initiatives in the organization and allow us to develop processes that won't expose our data to public LLM's.

Glad to hear about the new news about Rovo!

We just renewed our Enterprise and Premium Plans for Jira, Confluence, and JSM in April. When will Atlassian start the free trial of Rovo for us?

Thank you @Reni Carlson  and Atlassian for this exciting announcement!

While i am very excited to try this out and plan the adoption and use cases in my org, i am also worried of what are the restrictions or clauses that is not in this initial announcement.

  • Are there any usage limit for premium vs enterprise?
  • Will this also go on 'consumption based pricing'?
  • Timelines on the rollout?

I am sure more details would come soon but just listing out my questions to give a perspective on what is on the customers' mind :)

Hi @Reni Carlson
I understand that Rovo will also be available for the Standard plan.
Do you have an idea about the timing?

Thanks @Fazila Ashraf I appreciate all the great questions.

Are there any usage limit for premium vs enterprise?

  • Here are the usage quotas for Premium and Enterprise. Our team is working to deliver usage tracking and billing tools to help you monitor your usage.
  • Until those tools are ready, we will not invoice you if your use exceeds these limits. When they’re ready, you will receive advanced notice (approximately 90 days) before you receive a bill.

Will this also go on 'consumption based pricing'?

Timelines on the rollout?

  • Premium and Enterprise customers with AI enabled for all products on a site will be enabled starting Apr 14, 2025 until July 2025.
  • Due to scale, we are unable to respond to requests for what date a specific customer is planned to get Rovo based on the rollout schedule.

Where is Rovo Studio? I didn't hear any timings so I assume it already available but I cannot find it anywhere.

Glad to hear about Rovo!

Quick question @Reni Carlson

We currently have a Premium license for Jira and a standard license for Confluence on our site. Does that mean that our site won't be enabled with Rovo starting from Apr 14 until July 2025 since we only have Jira Premium and not Confluence Premium?

Best regards

@Reni Carlson , thank you for answering so many questions!!!    As a premium Jira/Confluence organization, how will we know it when it gets turned on?  Will it just become available or will we have to enable it from the administration side.
