Jira Cloud Migration assistant early access

We are testing a migration from self hosted jira to cloud. We have filled out the form for an early access to Jira Cloud migration assistant as this suits our needs (migrating project by project). We are somewhat left in the blue by this statement: "you’ll be contacted if your migration plans match our program criteria and we have available spots". What are the requirements, how many people can get access to this program? This is a blocker for us as we need to make preparations before letting people switch to cloud solution (such as setting up tempo etc.) and since site import wipes all data on import we cannot go this way.

In conclusion what are the chances we can at least hear from support on our current situation with migration assistant so we don't wait indefinitely and can't move forward with the migration.
