Please check the below as well :

Make sure that you have reviewed the product access for the migrated groups.
Make sure that you have correct permissions set for the project refer: Issues cannot be seen in a project after migration

Have you tried to enter from the administration wheel -> Projects?

do you get any error message?
Are you a Site/Org Admin? What do you see, when you open https://<yoursite>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/projects/manage
