I love Guillaume's question.... Especially the "Smart" at the beginning of the title.

Regretfully there is no smart way to migrate object schemas from on-prem to cloud. As the article that Vitali has shared, it's basically setting up everything from scratch and then make sure that your related Jira issues reference the correct object.

Painstakingly complicated and error prone. :(
