Approval Required (Atlassian links)

Hi all

I have the following problem: On a Confluence page, a user has embedded an Excel file stored in Microsoft Teams. However, when other users attempt to view the embedded file, they receive a message saying “approval required.” The user approves these requests, but my question is: Where exactly are these approval requests sent so they can be confirmed?

I’ve checked in Entra ID under Enterprise Applications and within the Atlassian Links app across various sections, but I can’t locate these requests for confirmation. Could someone please explain where these requests are directed?

This approval is coming from the Excel file. The file owner should be getting a notification to approve the view.

Please check with the file owner.
