When I try to connect VS Code to the Atlassian Remote MCP server (using remote-mcp according to the instructions here https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Atlassian-Platform-articles/Atlassian-Remote-MCP-Server-beta-now-available-for-desktop/ba-p/3022084) I get a page showing "Something went wrong" after clicking the button to accept Authorization.
I am fairly sure it is because my company only uses Jira and not Confluence and the MCP server is trying to authorize both. I can't see any obvious way to tell it to only request to authorize Jira and not confluence.
The same issue. We use not just Confluence or Jira. But the error message exactly the same
Have had the same problem since the official MCP was released. Totally fine using third party mcps though

Same issue, but we use confluence and not Jira lol

For what it's worth I asked the owner to grant me access to both Confluence and Jira, and then the MCP worked perfectly.

Me too. We have both but with different URLs (maybe that's a given?). Can only select one at a time.
