I want to see the goals of my instance only

Right now, when in my Atlassian Cloud instance I access the Goals menu, it takes me to Atlassian Home, where I don't see the goals of my instance, but goals of other instances of which I am also Admin.

How can I access only from Goals, to the goals of my instance? Or how can I filter between some goals and others to see only what I am interested in? Is there really a way to do it?

Viewing Only Your Instance's Goals in Atlassian Cloud

Currently, the Atlassian Home "Goals" menu shows goals from all instances you have access to, and there is no built-in filter to show only the goals from a single instance. As of now, Atlassian does not offer a way to directly filter the Goals view by specific instance—the list will mix goals from all organizations where you are an admin or have access.

Workarounds:

• Switch Instances Manually: Use the Atlassian switcher in the top bar to move between instances, then check the Goals menu, but this often still takes you to a blended Home view.

• Permissions Filters: There are emerging access controls for Goals and Projects, so check if your admin can restrict which users can view and manage goals, but this doesn't apply to instance-based filtering yet.

• Search/Filter in Linked Tools: If you're using Advanced Roadmaps or Jira links to Goals, use those filters to see work linked to goals from your specific instance.

Key Point

As of July 2025, there is no official way to show only the goals of one instance in Atlassian Home; all goals from all accessible instances will appear together. You can submit feedback to Atlassian if this feature would help your workflow.
