Cloud Site Rename feature - redirect time

Hi,

We want to change the url name of the client and ensure we redirect the users with the old url to the new URL.

Will the redirection between the new and old URLs continue indefinitely, or will it expire after a given time?

as far as I know there is no time limit on the redirection as the old URL will keep working, as per Atlassian documentation : https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/update-a-product-url/

I'm not sure of your specific needs and if they include Confluence. If they do take a look our Redirection app.
