×This page here is my old Atlassian profile, linked to an email address that is now disabled.

I have now created this personal profile so that I don't lose access again:

Could someone help me incorporate the content from the first profile into the second? The first has badges, likes, and articles I don't want to lose.
Thank you!
Hi @Christopher Dunford -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Short answer: you cannot do so.
Linking accounts requires access to each one involved...and that involves logging in during the linking steps. When you no longer have access to an account, it cannot be linked. I had the same situation a couple of years ago and had to re-create my community account from scratch; I can "see" my old account exists but cannot combine the history.
To learn more, please see this article, including:
Can I link an old account?
As long as you’re able to log in successfully to an account, you can to link it through the account linking feature.
Kind regards,
Bill
Thanks so much for your response @Bill Sheboy! Okay, well at least I know now. I'll give up trying.
One further question - my avatar is showing as blank in the question post, and my name is showing as @Christopher Dunford - and yet on my profile, my public name is "Christopher (Berry) Dunford".
Do you know why these would be different?

I recall some latency the last time I updated my profile image...and noting one often has multiple of these (even though Atlassian has tried to align them):
Perhaps wait 15 minutes and check again to see if they updated yet, and if not, ping the community managers to take a look.

Yeah, I think it might be that the question posted under my linked, company-managed profile for some reason (although that should also have an avatar).
But then when I started commenting it switched back to my personal profile.
What a minefield - Atlassian don't make it easy, do they!
I appreciate your help and fast replies.

Hey @Teodora V _Fun Inc_ is there anyone you can recommend speaking to about this? Thanks :)
