SSO Azure - new configuration and error

Hello,

With the IT team we configurated the sso for atlassian with Azure.

Everything was ok, I switched the members to managed (mine too). 

I tried to connect again without cache but I get this error : 

"We're having trouble signing you in. It looks like the issue is related to your identity provider"

I can't connect on my atlassian again.

 

I have an ID that I can share in private (don't know if I can).

Hi @Nicolas VERNHES ,

All info should be available and all the steps you need to perform with the app registration can be found here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/atlassian-cloud-tutorial

 

One of the most common items that goes wrong is that people forget who actually is assigned to the app registration and thus can use the SSO

Hi @Dirk Ronsmans , 

 

We found the issue, we generated again the certificate on Azure and enter it on Atlassian.

It was good after that.
