lost access to all the leraning i did since i lost my job

I used to work for ADEQ with the email address joseph.bennett@adeq.gov I tried to log back in to my learning account as i am pretty sure I had added my personal email as well however no I find I have lost all my certs and badges, is there any way I can retrieve these items

I understand that you no longer have access to your previous account.  Could you please create a support case over in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?inquiry_category=training&reason=certification&support_type=customer

I'm not certain if our team can help, but this will create a work item for our learning team to investigate further to see if they can be of assistance here.

@Bennett Joseph welcome to the Atlassian community 

I will escalate to Atlassian support.  They might not be able to help if you no longer have access to the account.  If they can help you should associate it with an email account you will always have access to.

Hi Bennett!

I have the same issue. 

I wish that I was able to access all my learning evidence under one account. I added the personal email too, but I am only able to access my account with official credentials only which means I won't be able to access my credentials in one account.

Looking forward to the solution.
