I used to work for ADEQ with the email address joseph.bennett@adeq.gov I tried to log back in to my learning account as i am pretty sure I had added my personal email as well however no I find I have lost all my certs and badges, is there any way I can retrieve these items

I'm not certain if our team can help, but this will create a work item for our learning team to investigate further to see if they can be of assistance here.

I will escalate to Atlassian support. They might not be able to help if you no longer have access to the account. If they can help you should associate it with an email account you will always have access to.

I have the same issue.
I wish that I was able to access all my learning evidence under one account. I added the personal email too, but I am only able to access my account with official credentials only which means I won't be able to access my credentials in one account.
