It has been more than 60 days (since July 5, 2022) that I applied for Silver solution Partner on behalf of my company but after several attempts to see the status of the application I still have not had a response despite Atlassian sent me an email saying that in ten days they would answer me.
Is there any way to know the real response times? My company is making a great effort to achieve Silver Solution Partner and we currently meet all the conditions.
There is no way to get a response from contactchannel@atlassian.com and it is very frustrating not to hear back.
