What’s this about?
The Atlassian Teams App team is conducting research to better understand how organizations create, maintain, and use cross-functional teams. Some of you may know these as delivery teams or scrum teams. In other words, teams made up of people who don’t all report to the same manager, but who come together to deliver a project.
Many of you have mentioned that managing cross-functional teams is tedious. We would love to improve that experience with the Teams App for creating and maintaining cross-functional teams. Your insights will directly influence the future of Atlassian’s team management tools and help us solve real-world challenges faced by teams like yours.
Who are we looking for?
People working in enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees)
Team admins, HR, business/project leads
Anyone with experience in cross-functional teams management
What’s involved?
Sessions are 60 minutes and conducted over video-conference, so you can participate from anywhere around the globe
During the research, we'll start with a general chat to get to know you, your current processes and tools
Sharing your experiences, pain points, and ideas for improvement
