Bamboo Hr can not build docker image using --platform linux/arm64

i'm trying to build a docker image for emr serverless arm image and when I do the build on bamboo it gives errors on all RUN steps in the docker file.

when I remove the arm source image and the --platform it works fine but building a different image which I don't need
