We are trying to setup Lync instant messaging with Bamboo, but we don't have an XMPP gateway setup. Is there any alternative support (plugins, etc) for this or development in Bamboo?

Hi Sam,

Currently it's not possible to integrate Bamboo with Microsoft Lync Messenger, and I have created a new Feature Request in the Atlassian development issue tracker to make this possible in the future:

There aren't any plugins ready to be used: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?q=Lync

You can develop your own plugin if you prefer:
