Bamboo agent with multiple network cards

I'm trying to set up a remote agent that has multiple NICs on my own Bamboo server on an air-gapped network. 

I can register the agent, via the "http://my_bamboo_server:8085/agentServer/" link, and authorize it, however, that is the extend of my connection from Bamboo... it never connects such that I can submit jobs / plans.  One thing I have noticed in the logs on the remote...

com.atlassian.configuration.SystemInfoImpl@14cbe9ed, which returns information about directories, hostname, system info, etc... shows at the bottom the correct: hostName, but the ipAddress is for the "other" NIC.

Using Bamboo agent installer v 6.6.2, Bamboo v 6.6.2, remote agent is running on Windows 10 with Java 11.0.2.

Any ideas?
