Bamboo backup fails (manual & schedule)

Hi,

Since upgrading to Bamboo 4.1.x all my backups are failing both the manual export as well as the overnight schedule backup.

I am getting the following error message.

Export has failed. Errors encountered while exporting: Timeout exceeded waiting for service - com.atlassian.activeobjects.spi.Backup.

Are you using Tomcat 7 (which is currently unsuported)? If so, downgrading to Tomcat 6 will help.
