Bamboo build added another random directory under home/xml-data/build-dir directory

Our Bamboo server adds another random sub directory at each day and puts all the build under that directory instead build-dir directory.

Since the directory structure is really important for our system, I would like to know how to disable or enable this feature/bug,

I am guessing you have multiple local agents. Each local agent has a separate directory. If you want them to share directories, you have to disable concurrent builds in Bamboo setup.
