Hello,
I have an application link between Bitbucket server and Bamboo Server. This works nice. Bitbucket shows information from Bamboo and vice versa. Bamboo also detects new branches in Bitbucket server. The problem, however, is that pushes to Bitbucket are not triggering bamboo builds. I looked in the logs but everything looks fine. The server URLs are:
https://melanee2.informatik.uni-mannheim.de/stash/
https://melanee2.informatik.uni-mannheim.de/bamboo
Manually running the builds is not problem.
Thanks in advance!!
Ralph
You might be affected by a comparatively recent bug related to the Bamboo/Bitbucket integration, depending on whether your configuration matches the one outlined there:
Either way, as already recommended by Rich, contacting Atlassian support is likely going to be the best approach to identify and ideally address the root cause at hand.
In case your are indeed running the configuration outlined in the aforementioned issue, you could apply one of the listed workarounds:
- Remove HTTP->HTTPS redirection in Bamboo and then restart Bamboo and Bitbucket Server
OR- Add an additional Trigger "Repository polling" to all Plan Configuration

Just to be sure, the plans have 'Bitbucket Server repository triggered' triggers on them?

So - I would check the bamboo and Bitbucket logs. Unless there is a glaring/obvious thing you can fix, I would take this up with the nice folks at https://support.atlassian.com
