Hi All,
I am trying to upgrade bamboo from 5.9.7 to 5.14.5 to 6.5.1 , but I am getting errors on intermediate version(5.14.5) .I have replicated my test-bamboo instance from prod-bamboo which was working fine in test environment with 5.9.7 but started giving error on application link and Elastic configuration page soon after upgraded to 5.14.5 .
1.Error on application link page:
An error occurred when retrieving list of Application Links. Reason: 'com.google.common.util.concurrent.ExecutionError: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.apache.http.conn.ssl.SSLConnectionSocketFactory'. Please check your server log for more information.
2. Error on Elastic image configuration page--> when updating the page by clicking on save button:
ognl.MethodFailedException: Method "save" failed for object com.atlassian.bamboo.ww2.actions.admin.elastic.ConfigureElasticCloudAction@1e009144 [java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.amazonaws.http.conn.ssl.SdkTLSSocketFactory] at ognl.OgnlRuntime.callAppropriateMethod(OgnlRuntime.java:1549) at ognl.ObjectMethodAccessor.callMethod(ObjectMethodAccessor.java:68) at com.opensymphony.xwork2.ognl.accessor.XWorkMethodAccessor.callMethodWithDebugInfo(XWorkMethodAccessor.java:96) at com.opensymphony.xwork2.ognl.accessor.XWorkMethodAccessor.callMethod(XWorkMethodAccessor.java:88) at ognl.OgnlRuntime.callMethod(OgnlRuntime.java:1613) at ognl.ASTMethod.getValueBody(ASTMethod.java:91) at ognl.SimpleNode.evaluateGetValueBody(SimpleNode.java:212) at ognl.SimpleNode.getValue(SimpleNode.java:258)
Please advise on resolving above errors .Thanks in advance.

"
Stop your Bamboo 5.14.5 instance. Upgrade it to 6.5.1 and then try using the Elastic image configuration screen again.
