Bamboo evaluation licence restrict integration with LDAP

Hi,
We use Bamboo server on premise.
And I would like to setup authentication via LDAP(Free IPA). For test purposes, I've installed new server with evaluation licenses, but  there is no Custom user repository under User Repositories. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/integrating-bamboo-with-ldap-289277210.html
 

Is it license limitation?

License does not limit authentication option. You can try renaming your atlassian-user.xml into atlassian-user-custom.xml. If it doesn't help please contact Bamboo Support.
