Hello Felipe Alencar

Welcome to Atlassian community.

The problem which you are seeing seems to be similar to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-18596, please follow the workaround as mentioned in the bug report.

You can also read https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamkb/bamboo-fails-to-start-due-to-invalid-branch-keys-738590896.html for alternative solution.

Regards,

Shashank kumar
