Bamboo with sql server database configuration stuck

while doing the database configuration with ms sql server in clean setup, it stuck with 

"Please wait while Bamboo sets up your database" from GUI
in server logs "[DefaultSetupPersister] Current setup step: setupSelectImport" 

do i need to refresh the webpage ?

the installation is fine without any issues, i have to refresh the browser.
