Bulk deploy permissions for a project

I have 16 projects that each have the same 10 environments.  I need to give deploy permissions to a group for all 160 environments.  Is there a way to do this without doing it 160 times?  We're going to keep adding projects to these 10 environments (they are microservices) and we still haven't flushed out our QA/Prod environments yet so any sort of bulk capabilities are greatly appreciated.

As of today, there is no such bulk feature in Bamboo to achieve this requirement but we do have an open feature request in our system which talks about the same thing. Have a look here:
