Can build hanging criteria be overridden in yaml specs?

Is it possible to override the default hanging criteria with yaml specs? I have a build where I've set this up in the web UI but it doesn't seem to translate when I export it as yaml. I also see no mention of this in the yaml specs reference.

According to this issue it should be included in 8.1.1, but it is not explained how to do this:
