Changing language in Bamboo or Outside

Hi i run bamboo inside a docker container. Currently all things seems to work but the only thing that not work is to change the language. There are no options to modify it, but if i choose the express installation it will give german as default, but in our case we used a custom installation and now all things are per default sets to english.

We also modify the JAVA_OPTS, there are now also including -Duser.timezine=Europe/Berlin -Duser.language=de -Duser.country=DE

If we now restart bamboo it stays in english but if we look into the system information in bamboo control panel the Timezone, Country and Language are set correctly. What we need to do ?

Currently the only supported language for Bamboo interface is English.

You can follow. give your feedback, and as well describe your requirements for Bamboo in another language in the suggestion https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-13988.
