Convert stash-bamboo repo links to bitbucket-bamboo

We are currently using Stash and it was integrated with Bamboo CI server. All linked repos in bamboo are pointing out to stash, but we also had a seperate test-server for bitbucket for upgrade. when we remove stash and integrate bamboo with bit-bucket using app links, those linked repos were not pointing to bitbucket. 
Do we need to link the server, repositories and branches manually to point out to bitbucket. but we are using more than 100 repositories in the Bamboo server. Is there any way to link the server, repositories, and branches in an automated way like update the scripts or else any configurations, how it is working earlier.

Hey,

I am not aware of any method to perform that type of migration. In effect, those are two completely different instances where the links are being tracked. 

The best method is to upgrade where the existing application link exists for Stash as that will all be maintained throughout the upgrade and rename from Stash to Bitbucket Server.
